This for all the coffee lovers out there. Imagine a day without the regular caffeine shot and I bet I am not the only one on the dose. Here are few shots below of what my cup of coffee would be like…. be it the espresso, or with milk and cream, frappe, hazelnut, cocoa and so on but the coffee beans do stay the same.
“Coffee, she’d discovered, was tied to all sorts of memories, different for each person. Sunday mornings, friendly get-togethers, and a favorite grandfather long since gone. Coffee meant something to people. Most found their lives were miserable without it. Coffee was a lot like love that way. And because Rachel believed in love, she believed in coffee, too”.

“Without pain, how could we know joy?’ This is an old argument in the field of thinking about suffering and its stupidity and lack of sophistication could be plumbed for centuries but suffice it to say that the existence of broccoli does not, in any way, affect the taste of chocolate.”

46 “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say? 47 As for everyone who comes to me and hears my words and puts them into practice, I will show you what they are like. 48 They are like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built. 49 But the one who hears my words and does not put them into practice is like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. The moment the torrent struck that house, it collapsed and its destruction was complete.” ( Luke 6:46-49, NIV Version)
“A bird sitting on a tree is never afraid of the branch breaking, because her trust is not on the branch but on it’s own wings. Always believe in yourself.”

Do you remember the story of the caterpillar turning into a butterfly ? In short, the essence is that unless a caterpillar by itself builds and breaks out of its own cocoon, it can’t survive being a butterfly. If we ever have the time to turn around and look into nature, there are many small and big instance wherein nature herself teaches that conquering the difficult instances in life is essential to survive.
Rocky Balboa had brought out the winning aspects and reality of life, but I do believe that along the way we are moving forward, we can take the adequate time to sniff out the flowers. After all, you live your life only once.
A picture speaks a thousand words….they say. However, sometimes I feel that we can expand it to a few ideas, many emotions and a million thoughts. The beauty lies in the fact that each time we see an image it bring out different facets to our perspectives. These eventually grow into ideas leading to actions and venture. Let the light bring forth the colours of life.
